Emily Smith is a housing attorney with the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville. She has served as assistant attorney general to the Virginia Division of Child Support Enforcement, staff attorney to the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia and postgraduate fellow at the Norfolk Commonwealth Attorney’s Office.
