Course Description

This course explores the legal rules and policies relating to regulating amateur and collegiate sports through the lens of major sports scandals.

Written Work Product

This course will be focused on class participation, an in-class presentation, and a final paper. The final paper will be due via EXPO by noon on December 20th (day before last day of the exam period). Students are expected to come to class prepared to discuss the topics at issue each day.
