Course Description

In each meeting, a leading scholar will present a current legal research paper using the methodology of law and economics. The meetings take place over lunch, and they happen about every other week. There will be no final exam. Instead, students will submit short reaction papers. The workshop is also attended by UVa faculty interested in the topic. The workshop provides a unique opportunity for students to engage with peers, faculty and outside speakers, exchange ideas, and witness, participate in and contribute to legal scholarship.
