Garrett Named a Winner in UVA Inauguration Poster Competition

Professor Brandon Garrett's poster, "Convicting the Innocent," was named winner of the Law, Business, Policy, & Education category of the University of Virginia inauguration poster competition.

The competition, one of several events this week marking the inuaguration of UVA President Teresa A. Sullivan, attracted 220 entries from hundreds of faculty members and students, and 18 entries in Garrett's category. The posters are on display this week in the Rotunda.

Several other law professors also entered the competition, which was designed to highlight the role of research at the University. Professor Chris Sprigman's poster, "The Creativity Effect," was a finalist in the law category. Click on the images below to view full-size posters.
