Helen M. Dugger joined the Law School in April 2011. She has worked as a financial aid administrator since 1984, and came to the Law School from UVA's Student Financial Services office, where she was the graduate financial aid administrator for several graduate schools, including Darden. In addition to her experience at UVA, she has worked as a financial aid administrator for the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Academic Campus and the VCU School of Dentistry. Dugger is also an Accredited Financial Counselor® certified through the Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education®.
